Year-round Adult Day Services

Monday-Friday, 9:00-3:00

Empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives.

Courageous Connections is an adaptive, personalized Adult Day Support (ADS) program for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

We set out to create a non-traditional, person-focused adult day support program. This program is catered to high-energy individuals who won’t be satisfied with a more leisurely schedule. Instead, Courageous Connections works in small groups of four to stay active, improve our skills, and make a difference every day. We provide a structured yet flexible environment where individuals can explore their interests, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful daily activities, all while being supported by compassionate, highly trained staff.

Adult Day Support

Courageous Community Services’ adult day services for individuals with developmental disabilities offer a balance of skill-building, social interaction, and community engagement. Each participant receives individualized support based on their goals, abilities, and interests.

We focus on creating purposeful days that promote:

-Personal growth and confidence

-Independence and self-advocacy

-Social and communication skills

-Community inclusion and engagement

Real Connections

Our small group allows participants to interact with peers, build friendships, and develop social skills through group activities and community outings. We believe meaningful inclusion happens beyond our walls. That’s why our program emphasizes community-based day services, giving individuals opportunities to:

-Explore local businesses and parks

-Build social confidence in real-world settings

-Participate in volunteer and civic activities

-Develop routines that reflect everyday life

Our goal is to ensure every participant feels like an active, valued member of their community.
